Care work, done properly

We are looking for carers, support workers and nurses who want to do this job well — and to be supported while they do it.

No experience? Read this.

You do not need care experience to start

Plenty of our best carers came from retail, hospitality or caring for their own family. If you are reliable, patient and genuinely interested in people, we will train you in the rest.

Why work with us

What we offer

  • Shifts that fit your life

Tell us when you can work. Full time, part time, nights, weekends or bank shifts around study or family.

  • Training that counts

A paid induction aligned to the Care Certificate, mandatory training kept up to date, and support towards further qualifications.

  • A real person to call

You get a named coordinator who knows you — not a different voice on the phone every time.

  • Work near home

We match you to work close to where you live wherever we can, so you spend less of your day travelling.

  • Out-of-hours support

Someone is on call whenever you are working, so you are never on your own with a difficult situation.

  • Somewhere to go

Routes from care assistant to senior carer and beyond, for people who want to build a career rather than take a job.

Licensed UK visa sponsor

Divergent Healthcare Limited holds an active, A-rated UK sponsor licence. Sponsorship is not available for every role and depends on the position, your circumstances and Home Office requirements — so please ask us before applying if this matters to you.

[TODO: ADD REAL PAY RATES, HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT, PENSION, MILEAGE ALLOWANCE AND ANY REFERRAL BONUS. Pay is the single biggest factor in care recruitment and this page is much weaker without it. No rates or benefits figures have been invented.]

Vacancies

Current openings

We recruit continuously across all our roles. If you do not see the right thing, apply anyway — we will keep your details on file.

[TODO: DECIDE HOW VACANCIES ARE MANAGED. There is an existing admin area at /admin/jobs backed by /api/jobs that can list live vacancies — it could be surfaced here. No vacancies, locations or salaries have been invented.]

About you

So we can match you to work near you.

The role

Any care experience you have, and what you enjoy about the work. If you are new to care, say so — we recruit people new to the sector too.

Your CV (optional)

PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF or ODT. Maximum 5 MB. You can also send it later if you don't have it to hand.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Read our privacy policy to see how we handle applicant data.
